She previously worked in a variety of industries, including consulting, manufacturing, logistics and financial services. Jennifer is dedicated to delivering supportive and innovative human resources strategies that impact the people experience and improve operational efficiency.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Siena College in Loudonville, NY and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
