Gayle joined Net at Work in 2011 with over 18 years of professional experience in consulting services, software development and operations management.  Gayle’s detail-oriented and professional approach helps guide and mentor the members of the Professional Services Group to perform all tasks with thoroughness and efficiency. Gayle is a problem solver who is focused on delivering the absolute best to her peers, direct reports, and most importantly, her customers.  She will not hesitate to roll up her sleeves and help out with technical tasks when it makes sense or debate business issues with a high degree of financial acumen.

Prior to joining Net at work, Gayle ran her own consulting firm that catered to enterprise level customers in the financial and health care industries and focused on enterprise-wide rollouts and migrations of mission critical applications.  Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Binary Tree, a software and services company focused on email and application migration.  Her responsibilities included managing the consulting services, customer support, infrastructure and human resources teams.  Gayle’s prior experience also includes serving as Director of Consulting at Relavis Corporation, a CRM Software firm and managing strategic projects as part of the Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an MCITP in SharePoint.
