Upgrade Schedule
*We HIGHLY recommend that prior to upgrading, system administrators notify their users.
SageCRM.com clients will have the ability to upgrade their account beginning today, August 19, 2010, by logging in to their account and navigating to Administration -> System -> Upgrades. Upgrades will take approximately 30 minutes from the time the upgrade option is selected. During this time users will be unable to access the system.
Clients who do not select the upgrade option between August 19 and September 2, 2010 will be scheduled for an automatic upgrade.
Larger SageCRM.com clients with more complex implementations will be upgraded via a hand-held manual process executed by Sage. Those clients will be notified of the exact day and time of their scheduled upgrade so they may notify their users of the planned system maintenance.
