Keeping You Up-To-Date With Information About Sage X3
From the Desk of the Sage X3 Consulting Manager
As a Practice Leader at Net at Work, my role is to help Net at Work meet its primary goals: that of helping our customers improve their business productivity as well as helping our customers better meet their unique business needs. To improve our value to your organization and our communication with you, the Net at Work Sage X3 team is introducing a few new initiatives in 2018.
- This Sage X3 Newsletter! We will be sending a quarterly newsletter with information that contains tips and tricks and articles about Sage X3. We’ll also include links to past webinars and notice of upcoming events with Net at Work.
- Lunch & Learns / Virtual User Groups. We want to give you the opportunity to meet with us and other Sage X3 companies to share our knowledge and learn from each other. There will be on April 18 – Register Here.
- New X3 offerings. One thing I hear all the time is “I can’t be the only other person that has asked for this before.” The team is now combing through the Visual Process Flows and reports that we have been implementing in new projects to see if we can pull together some standard optimization tools that we can offer to the community. More on this in the coming months.
I would also like to encourage you to include our helpdesk email, helpdesk@netatwork.com, on any support questions you send through to the team. By logging your request with our helpdesk system, it allows us to manage the resolution and to reassign in the case that your primary consultant(s) is not available.
