Sage Enterprise Intelligence Tips & Tricks: Column Formatting in Sage X3

Users can add formatting rules to columns defined in the Columns section of a worksheet view. For example, a rule can be defined to highlight margins above a certain amount in a different color and conversely, a rule can be defined to highlight margins below a predefined amount in a different color.

Creating Selection Filters in Sage X3

In every Sage X3 function a Selections tab can be found on the right-side menu; this tab contains two options “Advanced selection” and “Keyword selection.” These enable users to filter the content of the left list, which reduces the number of records making it easier to navigate to relevant records more quickly.
