Just like that, 2024 is coming to an end.
With the release of R4 on November 10th, we see Intacct’s commitment to making the product easier to use, more intuitive and robust. What new features are you excited to see? As you read further into this edition of the newsletter, our team will tell you about the features they are excited to see in R4 and how they may benefit your business.
As we wrap up 2024, I want to take a moment to share with you some of initiatives we are undertaking in 2025. We successfully launched our customer education series earlier this month and will continue to expand the series for 2025. Tell us about any topics you would love to see us explore. We will expand our helpdesk operating hours to cover 8am thru 8pm EST Monday to Friday. Look out for a roadshow near you, and some exciting reporting packages we will launch in January.
