Established in 1978, Lifetime Assistance is a non-profit organization supporting more than 1,200 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at nearly 80 sites throughout the Greater Rochester Region. The Agency provides a full spectrum of individualized services, including residential, day programs, recreational, vocational and community services, to help children and adults reach their full potential and become fully immersed in our community.

By combining our expertise and training with a deep understanding of each person’s specific desires and needs, we can facilitate person-centered plans that will best foster independence, dignity, and success. Whether it’s getting a job in the career field of their choice, living as independently as possible, or leading a healthy and happy life, these goals are reached because we reach them together.

Lifetime Assistance chose to migrate off their existing solution, selecting Sage Intacct because of its advanced and user-friendly reporting functions. Intacct’s reporting functionality has made information more accessible across the Agency and put them in a position to be more agile as an organization. Adding Intacct created efficiencies allowing them to better fulfill their promise to the incredible people they serve.
