So, you’ve been live on Sage Intacct for three (3), six (6) or more months and you now are wondering What’s Next?
As with the implementation through to support cycle, our team is ready to help you plan for and expand your use of Sage Intacct. Each quarter we schedule a business review (QBR) session, at no cost, to inform you of the latest news, features, and functionality in Intacct. And most importantly, we take the opportunity to listen to your needs, wants and frustrations.
A few of the topics we cover during these sessions are:
- Reporting and Dashboards
- System Adoption – what obstacles are you facing?
- Key and new features released in the last year
QBRs are designed to serve you, our customer! Oftentimes during a QBR, we hear “I didn’t know that feature existed” and “thank you for the opportunity to brainstorm this idea.” On a recent QBR, the customer expressed frustration with their systems (other than Intacct, of course 😊), and as their trusted advisor we immediately offered to setup a call with our VCIO team to review their technology stack. The VCIO team connected with the client and steered them through a comprehensive review of their systems and processes, identifying their current and future needs.
