From the Desk of the Practice Director
As announced in our last newsletter, Kelly Hummel has moved to her new role as Director of Client Transformation. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and invite you to reach out to me for anything that may be challenging you, for feedback about our products and services and any triage or assistance that I may be able to provide.
As a former business owner of a Sage 300, Sage CRM, Sage HRMS, Sage Intacct practice I am delighted to be involved with our clients and the Net at Work team and I look forward to working with you.
We have another exciting development as we plan for 2022, services related to the Sage CRM product line will be brought in under the Sage 300 practice.
The Sage 300 team has the several certified Sage CRM consultants on the team already and will be expanding as we go into 2022. We look forward to supporting the Sage 300, Sage 100 and Standalone Sage CRM customers.
We are listening to your feedback! We are always looking for feedback searching for themes so that we can provide the best possible experience to you.
One of these themes has been a request for an all-inclusive plan that allows unlimited access to services here at Net at Work, we have been working hard on building on that request and have been offering our Customer Experience Plan in 2021. This plan provides unlimited access for support, guaranteed response times installation of service packs and product updates, education sessions and more. We will be reaching out to provide additional details and offer the Customer Experience Plan to each of our Sage 300 customers.
Planning is in place to connect with all our customers to plan upgrades and installations of new versions and Product updates for the remainder of the year and looking into 2022.
