Net at Work Launching Customer Experience Transformation – Expected June 2021
The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do at Net at Work. We strive to be problem solvers and promise keepers and to delight you with our level of service with each and every interaction. Not only is this part of our culture, it is also the standard for what is expected by you, our customers.
To ensure our customer experience is the best it can be we recognize the need to look beyond the lens of what we THINK, and LEARN about your experiences directly from you. To that end, we are excited to announce the Customer Experience Transformation at Net at Work.
Over the coming weeks we will be launching our Transformation initiative with a Customer Experience Survey to establish a baseline on how we are doing. This survey, as well as other surveys tied to specific interactions with Net at Work, will provide an ongoing pulse of what you like about our partnership. We are also keenly interested in understanding where we can continue to improve to drive meaningful change and continued improvement within Net at Work. Highlights of the Customer Experience Transformation will be communicated to you through various channels so you can stay on top of how your voices truly make a difference (both for you and for our other customers!).
