Help Desk Update – Sage 300 and Sage CRM
As many of you are already aware, the processes of our help desk have been changing. Starting on July 1, 2022, we began introducing an exciting new feature to our help desk – The Customer Experience Plan (CEP)! The CEP has 3 levels, Core, Select and Premier. We are working diligently to contact every client, and over half have been personally contacted so far. The majority have signed on to the Premier CEP, and we are thrilled to be partnering with you in this way! All our plans include unlimited support tickets and guaranteed, priority response times, for a fixed monthly cost. Many other features are also included with each plan including Business Health Assessments and planning and road map assistance.
The top level, Premier, even includes upgrades! A CEP membership gives you the freedom to call or email us anytime without fearing additional costs. The CEP allows us to be there for you every time that you need us, and we can form a true partnership with you.
