Sage CRM 7.3 has been designed to support busy, growing businesses who want to foster internal collaboration, increase sales and marketing productivity and drive business wide efficiency.
New Features Include:
Workflow Improvements
- Enhancements to native Opportunity workflow
- New Deal Lost Rule
- Cross Sell workflow rule
- Quick Sale workflow, with recurring communication to ensure the opportunity is followed up on
- New chart types
- New Dashboards that incorporate the new chart types, including:
- Actual vs. Target Sales
- Won vs. Lost
- Won Sales Leaderboard
- At Risk Customers
- 10 New Reports, including:
- Average Time to Close
- Won Sales Leaderboard
- Lead Deduplication
- New Match rules available for Lead Company Name and Lead Person Last Name fields.
- Merge to PDF
- Merge data from CRM into PDF documents (Merge to Word format also available)
- MailChimp Integration, up to 2,000 subscribers and 12,000 emails per month for free.
- Push CRM Contact groups into Mailchimp
- Create new targeted marketing campaigns in Sage CRM
- Send campaigns and automatically add communication record for relevant record in Sage CRM
- View valuable insight for each Campaign, including Opens, Clicks, bounce backs.
- Create groups for future campaigns, based on responses.
