2023 Customer Experience Survey Results
Happy Holidays!! Throughout 2023 the Customer Experience Team has been incredibly busy! We want to thank everyone who participated in our Customer Experience Survey as it has really helped us get a pulse on how you view our relationship and the services we provide. Overall, satisfaction is quite high with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 37.9 (industry average is between a 31-41) but there are certainly some areas that you are looking for more from us. We are up to the challenge and look forward to next year’s results being even higher!
Positive Momentum
Based on your feedback, along with extending our help desk hours to better accommodate customers located across North America and beyond which we announced in our last newsletter, we have added resources and done some adjustment of accounts to provide our Account Management team the ability to more regularly check in with you and to have more strategic discussions about your needs. We hope that you are already starting to hear from them more frequently and have had an opportunity to connect.

These assessments offer the opportunity to dig into all functional areas of your business to understanding current state, future goals and priority of any technology needs. By taking the time to level set, we can help you create an organized technology roadmap and help ensure your system is set up best for your individual business needs.
