Sage 100 Paya Vault-Only Will No Longer Be Available
Paya vault-only is going away including loss of ability to simply store credit cards in Sage 100, and no longer being able to see full Credit Card number on-screen in Paya.
Credit Card Security Changes Effective August 1, 2024
To help improve credit card security, effective August 1, 2024, Sage 100 customers need a merchant account with Paya, a Nuvei Company, or another provider to add new merchant customer credit card details. Sage 100 customers that attempt to create a new Vault-only account will receive a message directing them to contact their partner for assistance with merchant account options.
Existing Sage 100 Vault-only customers will be able to maintain their current Vault-only records as-is. However, if an existing Vault-only customer attempts to copy a company, they will only be able to do so if the merchant remains unchanged. If an existing Sage 100 Vault-only customer copies a company and attempts to associate a difference merchant, Paya, a Nuvei Company, will prevent the creation of a new record. Current Vault-only customers will still have the ability to duplicate a company with the option to change the name of the company or customer.
