Running the respective Journal/Register in order to post/update
Did you know you don’t have to exit your data entry screen (e.g. A/P Invoice Entry) in order to generate/post the Journal/Register (e.g. Invoice Register)? Simply click the printer icon in lower-right of data entry. And conversely, you don’t necessarily have to go through the Data Entry/Printing functions in order to generate/post the Journal/Register; you can just directly select it from the applicable menu.
