As you can see below, if you have version 2015 or earlier, Sage will provide phone support until September 30th, 2018 but has stopped providing product updates, Tax Table updates and year-end updates.
Sage 100 Version 2016 will be experiencing the same as of June 2018 for hot fixes and Tax Table updates; product updates have already stopped for Sage 100 version 2016 as of June 2017.
