The Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 extended many tax provisions that were about to or had previously expired. The application has been updated for the following extensions:

• Enterprise Zone designation extended through 12/31/2020, for Section 179 purposes
• Section 168 first-year 50% allowance for second Generation Biofuel Plant property extended through 12/31/2020
• Shorter recovery life of 3-years for certain Racehorses extended through 12/31/2020
• Shorter recovery life of 7-years for Motorsports Entertainment Complexes extended through 12/31/2020
• Shorter recovery lives for Indian Reservation property extended through 12/31/2020
