Harold G. Ford III, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Harold G. Ford III, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Consulting Manager for the Employer Solutions Practice at Net at Work. For over twenty years, Harold has helped HR and Payroll teams build strategic value in their organizations utilizing today’s technology. He currently manages our Employer Solutions professional services team at Net at Work.

Last month Harold was elected to serve as 2019 President of his local SHRM chapter. The Lancaster chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management serves HR professionals in central Pennsylvania.  Harold has previously held a number of other positions both at the local and regional level in SHRM and holds professional certifications in HR. 

Mark Boutilier

In December, Mark Boutilier, Senior Solutions Engineer for the Employer Solutions Practice, celebrated 21 years working with Sage HRMS products.  Mark joined Dresser & Associates, Inc. as an HR Consultant and was certified in Abra Suite in 1998. Subsequently, he received certifications in the entire portfolio of Sage products, including Sage HRMS, Payroll, Employee Self Service and HR Actions.  He is a member of the American Payroll Association and previously worked as an HR Manager for Catholic Charities Maine. Mark works out of the Scarborough, Maine office of Net at Work.
