From the Desk of the Employer Solutions Practice Director
As we come to the end of another year I need to reflect on where we have come with respect to our support for our customers. Like any business, we strive to maintain stability yet adapt to the changing needs of our customers.
With stability within a group, it means consistency in the delivery of services and products. For the Employer Solution Practice, it means consistency in a high level of team support for our customers. Most of the team members within the Employer Solution Practice have been together for over 10 years. Next month one team member, Mark Boutilier, Senior Sales Engineer and author of many of our newsletter articles, will celebrate 22 years. For our customers, this means unprecedented skills and a very collaborative group that delivers the highest quality of services.
Most recently the Employer Solution Practice met in Clearwater, Florida for a team meeting. We had set three keys for the success of our team meeting:
- Core Values – Once we know and understand our values, we can make better decisions
- Employer Solution Team – Know who we are and what makes us stand out
- Direction and Growth – Once we have identified our core values and know who we are we can set our course

Roughly translated, “Do Your Job!” means being prepared, working hard, paying attention to the details and putting the team first.
The Employer Solution Team:
Our Team meeting is part of our process to maintain stability and from this stability we have created an approach that we listen to our customers, assess their needs and wants and from that we are constantly evolving our products and service offerings to best meet those needs. And we got a little fun in on the beach as well!
We are constantly adapting to the needs of our customers so that we are always looking for ways to exceed our customers’ expectations.
