From the Desk of the Employer Solutions Practice Director
Happy New Year to all our valued customers, alliance partners and vendors. This past year has been an exciting year for myself and the Employer Solutions team at Net at Work.
First, the team at Dresser & Associates merged with Net at Work. This merger of two very experienced and dedicated staffs has created a uniquely talented HRMS group.
Also, the Net at Work Employer Solutions HRMS Group met this past fall and made clear its desire to create a group that consistently delivered the highest quality services, offering our customers an exceptional positive experience and exceeding our customers’ expectations. As a result, the Employer Solutions Group will be developing a number of programs and initiatives that are outlined below. We welcome your input/comments on any of these initiatives as that is how we get better.
- Cadres of Consultants: We plan to add two more experienced HRMS consultants to our staff. With these additions, we will be adding to what already is one of the largest and most experienced HRMS Solutions provider groups within the industry.
- Free Monthly Webinars: We will continue to offer a host of free webinars each month so that our customers can better utilize their HRMS solution plus offer information to keep our customers better informed. Some of these webinars will be part of our new “Fast & Focused”. We understand that it is not easy for you to take large chunks of time out of your day to attend webinars. This series will be fast (30 minutes in length), focused (a very specific topic each week) and will be offered weekly each Friday at 1:00 Eastern, starting on January 27th. So, please take a moment to peruse the list of topics further on in this newsletter and sign up for any that are of interest to you!
- HRMS Knowledge Center: The Employer Solutions Consultant Group has created a series of three-hour training classes that will be offered on line (remotely). These classes will start in February. We currently have 10 different training classes which will be offered throughout the year. More information to follow.
- User Group Meetings: Over the course of the year you will be hearing more about a series of regional user group meetings plus a number of virtual user group meetings that we plan on hosting. These meetings will be designed to better inform our customers regarding how to maximize the use of their HRMS solutions as well as any relevant topics.
These initiatives are what Net at Work’s Employer Solutions Group plans to roll out to better serve our customers. As always, we welcome your input as to ways we can better support you! Thank you and best wishes for a happy and prosperous new year.
