Dashboards got you stumped?
You aren’t alone! Everyone loves dashboards and the information they can show us at a glance. But sometimes they can be difficult to create, or too time consuming to give them the dedication they need within our busy schedules. Here are two solutions for you!
- Our Select & Premier Customer Experience Plans include dashboards that we create for you! You can have as many as 8 dashboards per year, created to your specifications, if you are a member of a Select or Premier CEP! Ask us for more information on this!
- Sage has released a new feature called Insights that gives you mini-dashboard type information that you can use to see key metrics for customers, vendors, users, and more! Go to Company, Admin, Usage metrics, Usage insights to view an Overview of your company, Intacct subscriptions, and users. Flip to the Customers or Vendors tabs to get more detailed information on your current customers and vendors and year-over-year growth.
These metrics are real-time and based on the entire life of your organization within Intacct. Unfortunately, there are no filters or options to viewing the information, which may be something that Intacct adds on later.
