2023 Customer Experience Survey Results
Happy Holidays! Throughout 2023, the Customer Experience Team has been very busy! We want to thank everyone who participated in our Customer Experience Survey as it has really helped us get a pulse on how you view our relationship and the services we provide. Overall, we are extremely proud to report that overall satisfaction is quite high with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67 (industry average is between a 31-41) There are a few areas, though, that you are looking for more from us. We are up to the challenge and look forward to next year’s results being even higher!
Positive Momentum
Based on your feedback, we recognize and have a renewed focus on how important communication is to our relationship with you – PROACTIVELY to check in on your business and how your technology is supporting your needs, REGULARLY to support momentum of existing projects and technical assistance, and STRATEGICALLY to help ensure your business is set up with the right solution to best meet both your current and future needs. We have already begun looking at ways to improve in each of these areas to have an even greater impact in 2024!

Regarding assistance with strategic planning specifically, one offering we recommend taking advantage of is a complementary Business Health Assessment. These assessments offer an organized, thoughtful approach to digging into all key functional areas of your business to understanding current state, future goals and priority of any technology needs. By taking the time to level set, we can help you create an organized technology roadmap and help ensure your system is set up best for your individual business needs.
