Hard to believe that here we are closing in to the end of the year 2022. Our entire team wishes you an early Happy Thanksgiving and good health to you and your families as we head towards 2023.
The past couple of months brought many challenges based on Microsoft announcing changes for Basic Authorization and TLS which trickled down to Sage.
Due to the announcements, a lot of our clients have contacted Net at Work and have requested upgrades, product update installations as well as consulting projects. We want you to know that due to the highly unusual number of service requests, most of the consultants have a backlog on their schedules.
We ask you to please bear with us and have some patience as we are trying our best to keep everyone informed of how these changes will affect your Sage 100 installation as well as address your business needs.
2023 will be exciting as we are continuing to improve our Customer Experience Plans that will allow our clients to work with Net at Work for all aspects… support, consulting, upgrades and be proactive with you to unleash the power of your business.
