Ali Gauthier is an Account Manager with the Net at Work Employer Solutions team. A Native Floridian born and raised in Seminole, Florida, she graduate from the University of South Florida in 2012 with a Degree in Marketing. Go Bulls! Before joining the Net at Work team, she worked for five years at Sage Software. During her tenure with Sage, Ali acted as a Relationship Management Coordinator. In that position, she helped to coordinate and escalate technical support issues for clients throughout the country. She was later responsible for the Western and Canadian territory for Sage as an Account Manager, working closely with customers and Business Partners to develop and maintain strong relationships.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going boating and working out.

Most memorable experience
“When I came to Net@work and began working with our clients, I was surprised how many remembered me from Sage”, she told me. The development of that close, collaborative relationship with her clients followed Ali into her new position.

Biggest challenge
Ali told me that she did not think of this as a challenge as much as the key to her work. “I am dedicated to listening to my customers”, she said, “and doing the right thing for them.” Active listening to client’s needs and understanding what they are looking for, Ali said, is critical to helping them understand the value of what we offer. Matching client needs with wants.

What would surprise our clients about you?
Ali is one of that rare breed of Floridian – born in the State, not a move in.

Bucket list item for this year?
“My sister and I are planning to go sky-diving for the first time before the end of the year.” That will be an exciting way to cap the year!
