This issue of our Employer Solutions newsletter marks an anniversary. We started this newsletter one year ago with a desire to better inform our customers.

We have always thought that knowledge is very powerful. We hope that over the past year, we have provided our customers with information that is useful and informative.

I am very proud to direct a group of folks within the Employer Solutions Practice that have the skills and experience to provide high quality services. Most of our consultants are former Human Resource Directors, CPAs and such. Yet more importantly, I am impressed about how committed they are to listening to our customers so that we can evolve our resources and services to best meet our customers’ needs.

As you know we highlight one of our staff each month. We do this so that our customers can get to know these folks that are ready to help. This month we highlight Ali Gauthier, one of our great team of Account Managers. I couldn’t say it better than how she said it with respect to how she views her role in our organization:

The Employer Solutions Team is committed to continuing looking for ways to better serve our customers. The Newsletter will continue to highlight many of the services and resources which we hope our customers will take advantage of. And we hope our customers will provide input as to how we can continue to improve our services. The Employer Solutions Practice is a special group, best described by a quote by Lou Holtz:
