Harold G. Ford III, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Practice Director for the Employee Experience (EX) Practice at Net at Work. For over twenty-five years, Harold has helped companies unleash the power of their business through the digital transformation of Human Resources.
Harold helps companies elevate their employee experience through technology, leading to improved engagement, productivity, and profitability. He also aligns HR with business objectives to make data-driven decisions. As Practice Director, Harold oversees the entire practice. His duties include setting practice vision, building strategies for customer, partner, and Net at Work success, and identifying new opportunities to add value to Net at Work’s clientele.
Harold is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he has earned both Senior Professional certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). He is the past-President of the Lancaster SHRM, where he serves on several committees. He received his degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Millersville University.
Harold resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons, where he was born and raised. He is a self-professed geek, social media advocate, and early technology adopter.
