Sage Software Veteran Joins Net at Work as New Director of Client Care and Inside Sales

New York, NY – November 17, 2011 – Net at Work, a leading business technology solutions provider, and top Sage Software partner, today announced that it has named Seth Ellertson as its new Director of Client Care and Inside Sales. Mr. Ellertson will manage Net at Work’s Client Care Team and will ensure that clients have timely access to the technology solutions and services portfolio that enable them to more efficiently and profitably manage their business.

Mr. Ellertson brings 13 years of experience with global software publisher Sage Software. Before joining Net at Work, he was responsible for all CRM revenue for Sage in Eastern North America, including New Sales, Install Base Sales, and M&S contracts. Mr. Ellertson brings a wealth of CRM expertise, deep knowledge of business applications, long-standing relationships across the Sage channel community, and consistent with Net at Work’s core business ethos, an abiding emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Mr. Ellertson will be replacing Mike Fitzgerald, who has held the position since Net at Work acquired his company, The Fitzgerald Group, in April 2010. Mr. Fitzgerald had planned on winding down a distinguished 35 year career in the industry before the end of 2011; he will stay on for another six weeks and work closely with Mr. Ellertson to facilitate a smooth transition, after which he will continue his involvement with Net at Work as an outside consultant.
