Net@Work Opens Dallas Office in Response to Demand for Sage and Third Party Support Across Region
Net@Work continues to expand its national footprint, providing companies in the Southern region of the U.S. with on-the-ground resources and support from new hub in Dallas, Texas.
New York, NY (August 26, 2009) - Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions, today announced that it has opened a Dallas office in response to growing demand for Sage Software and third party support across the region. The Dallas office will coordinate with Net@Work's national offices in providing companies with the resources, business-driven technology consultation and support for which Net@Work is widely known. The office will be headed up by recognized business consultants specializing in Sage deployments, as well as third-party add-on apps and infrastructure build-outs.
"Net@Work's presence in Dallas enables us to bring our proven business model to customers across the region, combining best-of-breed business and technology consultation with responsive service and support," said Net@Work co-President Alex Solomon. "Increased demand for Sage and infrastructure support in the southern region of the United States made the opening of our new office a natural next step in our continued growth. Companies will benefit by having all their technology needs provided by a single vendor-one that has earned a reputation for providing unmatched support across the entire Sage product line."
Over the years, Net@Work has worked closely with Sage's product development and solutions teams to become one of the top-selling Sage Software Business Partners in North America. Net@Work has installed numerous Sage-based solutions, from accounting to CRM and HR, customized to the needs and challenges of each customer - bringing a significant "value-add" to all of Sage's product lines. Net@Work has received numerous honors and awards: the company was ranked #9 in Accounting Technology's 2009 VAR 100 List of Largest Accounting Software Consulting Firms; won the Small Business Award from The New York Enterprise Report; and was named to Crain's Business Top Software Companies Listing for a fifth consecutive year.
Eddie Provencio, previously Director of Support, Training, & Optimization Services with MIS, the Dallas-based Sage reseller, will head up the new office, where he will have the title Consulting Manager.
"During my tenure with MIS, I was impressed by Net@Work's growing reputation as a top-tier Sage solutions provider and their depth of business and IT expertise. I look forward to working with Net@Work's experts and leading a team of skilled Sage consultants to provide customers in the Southern region with an entirely new level of resources and support. Our proven expertise and familiarity with the area's customer base will enable us to bring any and all outstanding Sage implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or support related projects to completion with minimal interruption to business processes. Moreover, given the extent of Net@Work's services - which also includes robust infrastructure support - we'll be perfectly positioned to help our clients meet all their immediate and long-term business challenges."
For the past five months, a team of Net@Work consultants has been supporting a Sage implementation for the Dallas office of Daikin, the Japanese manufacturer of air conditioning technology.
"Since engaging Net@Work to help us implement business and infrastructure solutions, we've been continually impressed with the caliber of their consultants and the depth of knowledge they bring," said Brian Pipkin, Director of Information Technology with Daikin (USA). "Their customer service is an obvious priority and speaks directly to the strength, stability, and success they've enjoyed as a company, all of which validates our decision in selecting Net@Work as a solutions partner."
