|Net@Work Acquires Spitz Consulting Systems, Leading ACT! Reseller and Consultant
Net@Work now supports every CRM need, from ACT! to enterprise-grade CRM
New York (March 28, 2007) - Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions, today announced the acquisition of Westchester-based Spitz Consulting Systems (Spitz), a leading ACT! Reseller and consultant since 1990. Spitz customers will continue to receive the level of support they’ve come to expect while having “one-stop” access to Net@Work’s full range of services and products, including Network Integration/Support, Security, Accounting Software and Website Development. As CRM or general IT needs change, Net@Work’s team of consultants, developers and support staff are available to help map – and implement -- a solution that meets these needs and helps sustain business growth.
“Our focus is and has always been on providing customers with the tools and support they need to be successful – and to remove any and all impediments to their continued growth,” said Edward Solomon, CoPresident of Net@Work. “Today’s acquisition gives Spitz customers access to these tools, everything from infrastructure improvements to providing a migration path as they outgrow their current CRM or accounting software. The addition of Spitz’s Act! expertise will enable us to better service the scores of small, vibrant businesses across the region who need not only contact management support, but a broader complement of IT services. We’re excited about the addition of Rich Spitz, and Stan Hsu, whose commitment to customer satisfaction we’ve long admired.”
The end-to-end ACT! service and support provided by Spitz Consulting will now be formally offered through Net@Work’s CRM Practice. ACT!–related services include needs analysis, data discovery, database design, software installation, data importing, training and follow up support. Net@Work’s CRM Practice helps organizations design and implement CRM initiatives, from ACT! installations to more robust CRM projects based on Saleslogix or Sage CRM. Net@Work offers an Act! to Sage CRM package that allows organizations to seamlessly scale their CRM systems according to their needs. Consultants work with the entire organization, from front-office to back-office, ensuring that their CRM strategy and solutions work securely, reliably and consistently.
As Net@Work clients, former Spitz customers gain immediate access to a range of complementary services, including Network Infrastructure and Support, Information Security and Compliance Consulting, Web Development, and most notably, a guaranteed 4-hour support response time. Additionally, thru Net@Work’s sister company, Docutrend Imaging Systems, they have the ability to seamlessly integrate document management solutions and networked office equipment (digital copiers) into their organizations.
“Today’s announcement is wonderful news for our existing ACT! customers since we can now offer expanded IT services and business solutions – from CRM to accounting -- under one roof,” said Rich Spitz, founder of Spitz Consulting. “Net@Work is one of the most trusted and respected full-service resellers in the region. From their executive team to their dedicated staff of network engineers, Net@Work has an excellent reputation for responsiveness, innovation and support. We look forward to joining Net@Work and adding to their already ‘deep bench’ of consultants and developers.”
